Mission Impossible - The Final Reckoning faltered on Monday as it collected 5.75 crore nett. There is no Friday to compare the film and the drop from Sunday is normal but its all coming after a two day weekend so these numbers are just not good enough for a franchise like this.

The so so advances in Hindi circuits were an issue even before release but there is always hope these can come on board post release but its not been the case here. A franchise like this needs more support than South India alone. The 100 crore mark looks impossible from here though weekends can support a little going forward. Final Destination Bloodlines has scored well at the box office as Monday is down less than 50% from Friday and the drop is even less from the Thursday. The film looks likely to get better results than the bigger film Mission Impossible. It wont gross more but there is a huge difference in the films as Mission Impossible is a huge franchise in India and not much was expected from Bloodlines but the film is holding well even after the weekend.

The film has collected 24.50 crore nett so far and the week could end around 31 crore nett which will give the film a shot at a total of 50 crore nett depending on where it lands on the second Friday. The collections of Final Destination Bloodlines are as follows.
