Manikarnika - The Queen Of Jhansi had huge growth of around 130-140% on the big national holiday and this is double the growth it would have had on the normal Saturday. The collections will be in the 18-19 crore nett range which will take the film to 26-27 crore nett in two days.

The collections will be the highest single day ever for a female driven film but that is mainly because its very unlikely these films get a chance to have a release when there is a national holiday. It will easily beat the numbers of another Kangana Ranaut film Tanu Weds Manu Returns which collected 15.85 crore nett on Sunday which the highest day ever for a female driven film.

Despite the huge growth there is still a lot of work for the film to do because there is a big cost involved. The test will be on Sunday as the film cannot afford to drop a lot from this Saturday number and then the crucial Monday.
