Sikandar saw good momentum in advance on its first day as it picked up 26k tickets at the national chains. This is a good result for the film though its not extraordinary but today an extraordinary advance has to be taken with a pinch of salt also as at times its gets manufactured. The momentum should pick up on Friday and Saturday and the target is probably to cross 2.50 lakh by Saturday night.

A lot will depend on the momentum on Friday and Saturday as 3 lakh is also not out of reach depending on these two days especially the last day. The film only really has the the star power of Salman Khan to drive it as the music of the film should have been better especially for a film releasing on Eid. 

It has been seen that star power also has its limitations post the pandemic and needs supports from other elements to really push the numbers but here if this film stands at 2.50-3 lakhs tickets at the national chains by Saturday night it will be a very good result for the film especially going by the units of the film.

The expectations maybe higher as its a Salman Khan starrer coming after some time and numbers have gone higher now but as mentioned above you need more than just a star today if you are to compete with the highest numbers out there.
