Housefull 5 is looking at another good day in terms of collections on Sunday as it will collect in the same range as Saturday. The collections could come out a little higher or a little lower so you take a range of 27-29 crore nett. The business in single screens is very good on Sunday in most places but that is expected.

The film will not be showing growth on Sunday or at best very limited growth which means the Saturday numbers were boosted by Eid by maybe 10-15% because if this was not the case the film would have shown a good jump on Sunday. The weekend of the film is going to be a solid 77-79 crore nett which is a good result though could have been better. 

The problem is generally the opening and although it was good it was not good enough to take the film to a 30 crore nett on either Saturday or Sunday. If the film could have opened more closer to the 25 crore nett mark then a 30 crore nett day would have come easily on the Saturday. Its not just the story with Housefull 5 but many other films as initially they do not perform as they have to.

This basically makes it tough and with the genre of Housefull 5 it was always going to be limitations in terms of what it can do in terms of growth and that has been seen with the numbers on Saturday and Sunday. Its about the weekdays now for Housefull 5 and how it can hold and films today are generally getting longer runs due to lack of content and trend of Housefull 5 is okay over the weekend to emerge some sort of success.
