Housefull 5 will show some decent growth on Saturday as the film jumps around 30% and collects in the 28-29 crore nett range. It is a holiday on Saturday so maybe the growth should have better as 30% is like a normal Saturday but its probably because Eid is spread over two days in the Muslim centers so Saturday and Sunday will behave like normal and there should be some growth tomorrow also despite coming out of a holiday Saturday.

This will take the film to 60-61 crore nett over the first two days and the weekend will land somewhere in between the 80-85 crore nett mark which means a solid good weekend and puts the film in position to become some sort of success or matbe even a HIT film but obviously there is a long way to go.

The reports of the film are mixed with the comedy going well with the youth while this murder / mystery stuff falling flat but that is always the case in most Hindi films as far as the audience in the circuits go unless its a rare Mera Saaya (1966) or Gupt (1997).  Considering the level of numbers the film is collecting these reports should be good enough for the film to have some sort of hold on Monday but before that a decent jump will be important on Sunday. 

Normally the high end multiplexes jump best on Saturday but here it looks like the other multiplexes and this is down to the Eid factor. Basically a decent jump for the film which keeps it in the race and it can build further on Sunday.
