Mr And Mrs Mahi had a decent first week though collections maybe could have done better over the weekdays. The collections were good enough on Monday but then feel on Tuesday which was probably somewhat to do with election coverage and then it maintained at similar levels on Wednesday and Thursday.

The collections ended the week a little over 1.50 crore nett and it needs to hold this level on its second Friday and then consolidate with growth over the weekend if it is to come out with a double digit second week.

Srikanth had collected 17 crore nett in its first week so this film is comfortbaly higher than that film but Mr and Mrs Mahi is also a bigger film and more importantly the holds are not as strong as Srikanth and also it does not look to have that clean period which Srikanth had for 3 weeks with no significant release be it new or holdover.
